My approach is rooted in Polyvagal Theory, especially the wisdom of Deb Dana and Janina Fisher, and utilizes mindfulness practices to support you with increased embodiment. I am not only interested in getting to know your mind but also your body, where it experiences safety and danger as well as the dissociated and abandoned places.

As you get to understand your nervous system and tune into these responses, you will experience increased agency, self-compassion, connection to your inner wisdom and capacity to unwind body-based trauma that is stored.
